Unlike other property managers I have used in the past she is very professional, a great communicator, efficient, onto maintenance queries, she contacts me before the lease is up and does some homework beforehand to let me know if I should leave the rent as it is or if the market has increased, she lets me know to increase the rent by $X amount at the renewal date which makes managing my investment property smooth and easy–and she always returns calls..
