Dear Paul, as you would be aware I do not reside on the Gold Coast and therefore I need make an effort to visit my property.
Fortunately I can rest assured that the property is well managed by Paul Hill Realty, they are a stickler for maintenance issues (and communicate expeditiously and sensibly with my secretary Kim) and are extremely helpful when an issue arises that needs urgent attention.
My prime interest as a landlord is to “invest” in my tenant if the tenant has “invested” in my property – I like to keep the tenant happy (within reason of course) to encourage a reciprocal arrangement.
The Property Management Team obviously understands this point of view, and they see to the timely payment of rent.  Their understanding of the locale and the rental markets has been spot on when consideration to the change of rental has been an issue.
Inspections are diligently attended to, with detail provided where necessary, giving me a clear understanding of the state of my property.

The service and personal attention we received from Paul Hill and the team was truly exceptional. We moved overseas for work and the Property Management Team organised everything from getting the lawns cut, posting our mail to an alternative address, to selling our furniture in two days! Jodie has been great to deal with. Unlike other property managers I have used in the past she is very professional, a great communicator, efficient, onto maintenance queries, she contacts me before the lease is up and does some homework beforehand to let me know if I should leave the rent as it is or if the market has increased, she lets me know to increase the rent by $X amount at the renewal date which makes managing my investment property smooth and easy–and she always returns calls..

Our company has engaged Paul to market repossessed properties on behalf of our mortgagee clients.  In most instances due in a large part to Paul’s selling expertise properties either sold under the hammer or within a short period of the auction and at excellent sale prices.

The most recent example of Paul’s marketing capabilities was an auction of a dwelling in Helensvale which sold under the hammer at above the reserve price which was a great achievement bearing in mind the prevailing poor market conditions on the Gold Coast.   Some one hundred people attended and fourteen registered to bid.
