Tyson has always shown an interest in the Real Estate industry due to growing up around his Father, Paul Hill’s successful career. However, it wasn’t until Tyson had dealings with the property market himself where he found his passion and hunger to pursue a Real Estate profession.
He realised the potential growth that the Northern Gold Coast had to offer after purchasing his own block of land at Hope Island in 2015. He soon after achieved his Real Estate certificate through the REIQ and attended numerous seminars to further his knowledge and to attain the qualification required to further his career.
Since working in Real Estate, he has built an extensive network of buyers and sellers. He has helped achieve successful results for his clients with property sales ranging from $200,000 – $2,300,000. Having built his business through a repeat and referral network and consistent prospecting, Tyson’s willingness and commitment are key factors to his ongoing success, evidenced by the many glowing testimonials he has received from both his buyers and sellers.
As a local resident himself, he understands the local demographics and has extensive knowledge of the local market.
