I was previously with a large real estate brand for my property management needs, yet I was receiving regular property report and updates on the local rental market etc from Jodie and the team at Paul Hill Realty. In fact, I received more communication and industry news from Jodie than I did from my previous property manager.

The service levels were continuing to drop from the other property managers, so once the time came I was ready to pull the pin on “the others”, the choice of where to go was obvious! Jodie had always presented her teams abilities in a very professional and courteous manner, and as such I moved my property management needs to Jodie and haven’t looked back since.
